Production Manager

Loughberry Mfg. Corp. seeks a Production Manager
to develop and lead our fabrication team to ensure
that we safely and efficiently manufacture high
quality products. This individual will work hand
in hand with other departments to set the production
schedule and develop/update quality procedures.
To be qualified, an individual must have an AAS
in mechanical or industrial engineering as well
as five years of leadership experience in a machine
shop environment. Experience working in an ISO certified
environment and a SHARP certified facility is desired.
Engineering Manager

Loughberry Mfg. Corp. is looking for an individual
who will have overall responsibility for new and
existing product design and shop drawing development,
ensuring ISO compliance and customer satisfaction.
The Engineering Manager also works closely with
the Sales Dept. to provide information necessary
to develop an accurate quotation and may work directly
with customers to discuss design options. This individual
must possess a BSME and be proficient with AutoCAD
and SolidWorks. He or she must also have at least
five years of leadership experience and ten years
of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Technician/Customer Service Associate
Tymetal Corp., Greenwich, NY
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual
who would like to learn our gate and operator systems
in order to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical
issues both in person and over the phone, assist
installers as they work to install our products
in the field, oversee our gate and operator maintenance
contracts and ensure all work is adequately documented,
provide quotes for parts and process orders as required,
and assist the Manager of Customer Service to ensure
we are providing a superior level of service to
our customers, both in person and over the phone.
Excellent customer service, communication and organizational
skills are required, along with strong technical
writing skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office
and at least five years of technical support experience.
He or she must also be able to read and accurately
interpret technical drawings and seek continuous
improvement in all that we do at Tymetal. Construction
industry experience is preferred. This position
may require travel, including air travel.
Assembler (temporary summer)
Tymetal Corp., Fort Edward, NY
An Assembler is involved in many aspects of gate
assembly, including the transportation of materials,
cutting of materials, drilling for the assembly
of the finished product and the preparation of finished
products for shipment. This associate may assist
in other parts of the manufacturing process as well,
such as the setup and layout of gates and the unloading
of raw material shipments. Experience in a manufacturing
environment preferred. This is a temporary summer
position at this time.
Welder
Loughberry Mfg. Corp., Saratoga Springs, NY
This position requires the ability to weld (MIG)
steel, stainless steel, read blueprints and be able
to follow verbal instructions. The person must be
flexible and be able work independently or as part
of a team. Mechanical skills are required and some
assembly skill is required.
Parts Clerk (Garage)
The Fort Miller Co., Inc., Greenwich, NY
This new position will work closely with all associates
in the Garage to identify the need for and source
parts required to ensure the rapid maintenance and
repair of all Fort Miller vehicles. This individual
will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory
of frequently used parts, researching inventory
discrepancies, keeping all storage areas clean and
organized, and coordinating repairs with outside
vendors as needed. A clean and valid license, familiarity
with spreadsheets and databases, and a strong mechanical
aptitude are required.
