As of January 30, 2012, we have worked a total
of 96 workdays without an OSHA recordable incident,
the last being on October 26, 2011. As of this same
date, we have worked a total of 292 workdays since
our last lost workday on April 13, 2011. Safety
is the number one goal of Fort Miller and we continue
to practice this on a daily basis.

In July of 2010, we closed on the
purchase of the Dream Lake sand and stone reserves
located in the Town of Queensbury, NY. We are excited
about this acquisition and the many opportunities
it offers. Our business and Duke Concrete Products
rely very heavily upon an adequate supply of sand
and stone and this purchase provides us a supply
with an estimated life in excess of 75 years.

In June of 2010, we participated in
a project showcase sponsored by the Federal Highway
Administration (through their Highways for Life
Program) and the California Department of Transportation
(FHWA/Caltrans) which highlighted the use of Super
SlabŪ being installed on I-15 in San Bernardino,
California. According to the Highways for Life and
Caltrans, Super-SlabŪ was selected "to boost the
durability and speed up the rehabilitation of a
section of Route 15 in San Bernardino and Riverside
Counties." This project has progressed faster than
anyone expected. The contractor has installed as
many as 52 slabs in one 8-hour shift. Representatives
from the states of California, Washington, Oregon,
Utah and Nevada attended.

On July 20, 2010, we participated
in another FHWA/Highways for Life project showcase
project in Washington, DC with 16 precast piers
and 14 precast bridge units. This was our first
project in Washington, DC for the District Department
of Transportation. The project included $1.0 million
in funds from the FHWA that encouraged the use of
our innovative technologies. The Administrator of
the FHWA, Victor Mendez, attended a press conference
at the site discussing this innovative approach
to construction. The seminar was attended by over
50 agency and consulting engineering professionals.

Our Super SlabŪ project in NYC with
Tully Construction near JFK Airport was the site
of a recent FHWA/NYSDOT/Fort Miller sponsored showcase.
Over 45 people from New York City, Florida, Connecticut,
New Jersey, Pennsylvania and several consulting
engineering firms attended a seminar and visited
the project during the nighttime installation. A
significant amount of interest was generated. We
expect more work in the metro NY region as a result.
