Contractors: L & T Construction (Lancaster Development, Inc. of Richmondville, NY and Tully Construction Company, Inc. of Flushing, Queens)
May 2015: A total of (84) precast bridge decks with 626-linear feet of integral precast parapet, (20) precast approach slabs, and (8) precast sleeper slabs make up the new mainline I-87 (Northway) bridges at Exit 4. These components were fabricated in our Easton, New York facility and transported to the project site where they were installed by the contractor on off-peak hours to minimize travel delays to the traveling public.
