April 2016: A total of (4)ea 90-foot long precast Prefabricated Bridge Units (PBU’s) units were fabricated in our Easton, NY yard, approximately 250 miles from the project site. Delivered to the site using specialized hauling equipment, all (4) units (weighing 60-tons each) were set in a span of a few hours by the contractor – MAS Building & Bridge from Norfolk, Massachusetts. Fort Miller also supplied all substructure components for this bridge, including precast abutments and wingwalls.
