9 of 30 Prefabricated Bridge Units (PBUs) we manufactured for the general contracting team of Harrison & Burrowes Bridge Constructors, Inc. were successfully installed this past weekend on mainline Interstate-90 over Fuller Road, just east of Interstate-87 in the City of Albany.
This was the first of four consecutive weekend installs. The heaviest unit delivered, picked, and installed this past weekend had a weight of 145,000-lbs (with integral precast barrier) and a length of 61.50-ft.
